How to Become A Developmental Disabilities Home Provider
This living option is considered the first step in a process toward independence for developmentally disabled adults. DD host home providers supply watchful care and oversight as well as training in daily living skills, money management, emergency situation skills and responsible community behavior. Host homes are maintained by contracts with individuals who wish to become home providers under the supervision of Altrus Assisted Living. We are providing this information for INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. We must complete a TELEPHONE SCREENING with all individuals wishing to become home providers. If, after reviewing the credentials you would like to learn more, please use the contact us page in the menu at the top of the page or email Laura Iatrou by clicking here.
