Wisteria Gardens of Pooler offers a warm and loving family atmosphere in a residential setting.  We offer assistance with referral to appropriate state agencies and programs.

 

We provide 24 hour supervision and oversight of the residence by trained, screened, certified personal care staff.  Assistance is given with all activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting.  Assistance with medication management is provided. Regular, delicious and nutritious meals and snacks are served with resident’s nutrition and diet requirements in mind. Our staff takes care of housekeeping and laundry services.

 

The health of our clients is monitored by a registered nurse. Our facility is licensed and regulated by the State of Georgia Healthcare Facility Regulation Division. Wisteria Gardens is located 12 miles from historic Savannah, three miles from Tanger Outlets and only six miles from Savannah/Hilton Head In'tl Airport.  We are proudly serving all incomes and populations.
